Mindful Meditation

Come create a quiet space to connect with your Spirit. Join with friends interested in practicing meditation together. No experience needed.
Sessions will be held in the Upper Level Lounge.
We plan to do some deep breathing, some chanting and sit for twenty minutes. There are comfortable chairs in the carpeted lounge. Bring your own props if you would like. Join us and invite your family and friends.
