DTE Energy Co issued the following announcement on Nov. 19.
As of 7:00 p.m., we have restored power to 99% of the 285,000 customers who were impacted by last Sunday's storms.
Our crews will continue to work as safely and quickly as possible to restore the remaining 3,000 customers who are without power.
