City of Dearborn recently issued the following announcement.
Mayor Jack O’Reilly, on behalf of the City of Dearborn, expresses condolences to the people of Dearborn Heights on the loss of their mayor, Daniel Paletko. He was a friend to our community, and championed collaborative efforts that better served residents in both Dearborn Heights and Dearborn. A longtime public servant, he will forever be part of the legacy of Dearborn Heights, and the region. Our hearts especially go out to his family and friends at this difficult time.
