Three security guard licenses lapsed in Wayne County during the second quarter of 2020, a 25-percent decrease from the previous quarter, according to Michigan's Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA).

LARA comprises several agencies, bureaus and commissions that influence business growth and job creation through regulation.
