City of Wayne, Michigan Police Department issued the following announcement on Aug. 12.
Congratulations to Lt. Carter, who was honored by Growth Works Inc. Growth Works is a social service agency that provides a variety of assistance to young people and families in the area.
Lt. Carter was honored for his tireless commitment to helping young people in our area. On hand from Growth Works to present Lt. Carter with his award was Sarah Parker (Client Management Services and Youth Advisory Council) and Antwon Jackson (Youth Advisory Council). Congratulations, Lt. Carter!
