City of Garden issued the following announcement on Oct. 28.
Garden City DPW workers hung signs at the entrances to the city congratulating Ethan VanBell, the starting pitcher for the winning Taylor North team that won this year's Little League World Series.
Ethan, along with other members from the Taylor North team, will serve as the Grand Marshals for the 2021 Garden City DDA Santaland Parade on Saturday November 27th at 10:00 a.m. .
