Taylor Community Library recently issued the following announcement.
Date: January 27 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Details:
Taylor Community Library is collaborating with Michigan 4-H to offer a free event series for youth and teens who have an interest in creating their own clothing & creative fashion items. Each week, youth and teens can learn how to operate sewing machines, Cricuts, and vinyl press machines to create and customize clothing, hats, bags, and many other fabric-based crafts. This program is aimed toward ages 8-18, with a limit of 12 attendees per event. There will be one 4-H Adult Volunteer providing all instruction and training, and 4-H will provide all materials/fabrics and tools.
All attendees must register through the 4-H website: 4-H Google Form
If sign-up assistance is needed, patrons can reach Youth and Teen Librarian Aaron Smith by visiting the library, calling the library, or emailing him at asmith2@ci.taylor.mi.us
