Yake Elementary School issued the following announcement on Mar. 2.
Mayor Odette, Councilman JC Moczydlowsky, Councilman Don Belcher, Department Heads, City employees, and Police & Fire personnel attended Yake Elementary to participate in Read Across America Day.
Thank you Principal Tim Podlewski for inviting us to spend the morning at Yake reading books, answering questions and certainly laughing a lot with all your students. We had a wonderful time and look forward to next year!
