Former WSU runner wins Armed Services Marathon with Boston qualifying time

Former Wayne State University men's cross country runner Jeremy Cavallo, who competed for the Warriors from 2019 to 2023, won the Armed Services Marathon with a Boston Marathon qualifying time of 2:51.05.

The Armed Services Marathon occurred on May 19 in Spring Lake, Michigan. The race began and concluded at Grand Haven High School.

During his tenure at WSU, Cavallo participated in three GLIAC Championship meets in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
