Three members of the 2023-24 Wayne State University women's golf team have been awarded GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team honors. Over the past nine years, the program has seen 53 student-athletes receive GLIAC All-Academic recognition.

According to the criteria, a student-athlete must be an active roster member at the end of the season and not a freshman or first-year transfer student to qualify for this honor.

The athletes recognized are:

- Sabel Imesch, Wayne State, So., Grosse Pointe Farms, Mich./Grosse Pointe South, Global Supply Chain Management, 3.63 GPA (first-year eligible)

- Logan Potts, Wayne State, Sr., Norton Shores, Mich./Mona Shores, Special Education, 3.97 GPA (third consecutive year on Excellence Team)

- Beca Vestman, Wayne State, Sr., Madrid, Spain/Colegio Base, Economics, 3.87 GPA (third consecutive year on Excellence Team)

The Wayne State University Department of Athletics concluded the 2023-24 academic year with 253 GLIAC All-Academic honorees. This total is just one shy of the school record set during the previous academic year.
