Henry Ford College listed among most affordable Michigan institutions for in-state students in 2023

Henry Ford College cost $5,452 in tuition and fees for students studying in-state, according to the latest disclosure from the National Center for Education Statistics.

This ranks Henry Ford College as one of the five cheapest schools in Michigan in 2023.

The amount paid per in-state students in tuition and fees was $144 more than the previous year.

Out-of-state students attending Henry Ford College in 2023 were expected to pay $7,040, which is $308 less than the previous year.

The average cost of college has more than doubled in the 21st century, growing by more than 7% every year. In-state students can expect to spend nearly $10,000 on tuition alone per year at a public, 4-year post-secondary school.Meanwhile, out-of-state tuitions averages $27,457.

In 2022-23 a total of $240.7 billion in financial aid was granted to help graduate and undergraduate students.
