The Wayne State University women's golf team made progress in the NCAA East Regional at Prairie View Golf Club, moving from 15th to 12th place after the second day of competition. Beca Vestman, a key player for Wayne State, also improved her standing significantly by climbing 33 spots to tie for 11th place.
