The Wayne State University men's and women's fencing teams have released their schedules for the 2025-26 season under head coach Andy Tulleners, who is entering his third year in the role.

The teams will begin their season at The Ohio State University, participating in the OSU Duals on Sunday, October 12. They are scheduled to return to Columbus for the OSU Invitational from November 8 to 9. The next event will be the Schiller Duals at Northwestern University, set for January 31 as a two-day competition.

Postseason events start with the Central Collegiate Fencing Conference (CCFC) Tournament on February 21 and 22, hosted by Denison University. Following this, the NCAA Regionals are scheduled for March 8 at Cleveland State University. The NCAA Championships will take place over four days at Notre Dame, beginning Thursday, March 19 and ending Sunday, March 22.

There is also a possibility that Wayne State's fencing programs will host their annual Danosi Open this year, though a date has not yet been determined.

Coach Andy Tulleners commented on the upcoming season: "We are looking forward to this season and are all very eager for the first competition. I am excited to see our new additions compete, and am looking for continuous growth from each member of the team at our events ahead of the postseason."
