Culinary instructor Mary Spencer returns with fresh ideas for summer cooking. She will demonstrate three substantial salads that can serve as main dishes and are perfect for taking to a picnic. The dishes will be prepared with halal ingredients. Recipes and samples will be provided.

Dearborn Public Schools celebrated some of the positivity that marks life in the district by recognizing those who have earned awards to make the community a better place to live.
Many school districts across the nation have been struggling to retain teachers, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. But Dearborn Public Schools took time to recognize teachers who have come back to the district.
The Dearborn City School Board of Education welcomed Congresswoman Debbie Dingell (MI-06) at their March 13 meeting.
