There were 34 professional licenses issued in Wayne County in September 2021, a 61.9-percent increase over the same month of the previous year, according to the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA)

LARA comprises agencies, bureaus and commissions that influence business growth and job creation through regulation.
