The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Debbie Dingell, Debbie Dingell for Congress, refunded $1,500 to Arlene Cherner on August 2, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.
